Previous Trivia Answer: What did the Packers get in return for trading Brett Favre to the Jets?

The Packers received the #83 pick in the draft as a result of trading Favre to the Jets. In a rare move (for Ted Thompson), the pick was traded along with #41 and #73 to the New England Patriots to move back into the 1st round of the 2009 draft. The Packers had already selected nose tackle BJ Raji with pick #9, but Thompson wasn’t done. With the acquired #26 pick, the Packers selected Clay Matthews, OLB (USC).
