Both teams are 1–0, and this might be the most intriguing game of the week.
Detroit will be without OT Blake Miller and G Christian Mahogany, while CB D.J. Reed is questionable. Buffalo has RB Ty Johnson, DL T.J. Sanders and S Cole Bishop listed as questionable.
The Bills are currently around 4½-point favorites, with the game carrying the highest projected total of the week at roughly 54–55 points.
Key question: Can Detroit’s explosive offense keep pace with Josh Allen in Buffalo?
🐅 Bengals @ Texans
This one has an enormous injury asterisk.
Joe Burrow is dealing with back tightness after Cincinnati’s Week 1 win, but he said Wednesday that he expects to play. He was limited in practice.
Houston has several players on the injury report, including Will Anderson Jr., Jadeveon Clowney and Nico Collins.
If Burrow is healthy enough to operate normally, Cincinnati has a very different ceiling than Houston saw in Week 1.
🐻 Vikings @ Bears
Well, 59 points will get your attention.
Chicago’s D’Andre Swift exploded in Week 1 and was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week, while Caleb Williams looked extremely comfortable in Ben Johnson’s offense.
But Minnesota also put up 39 points against Green Bay.
This could be one of the week’s most entertaining games.

Philadelphia escaped Washington by two points, but the Eagles remain a substantial favorite.
The Eagles currently sit around -7, and their injury report is worth monitoring, particularly along the defensive line.

⚡ Raiders @ Chargers
Las Vegas comes in at 1–0 after beating Miami, while the Chargers were stunned by Arizona.
The Chargers remain around 6½-point favorites, making this a good early test of whether Week 1 was a fluke or a warning sign.
🏜️ Seahawks @ Cardinals
This game changed dramatically.
Sam Darnold has been ruled out with a glute injury. Seattle will start Drew Lock instead. The Seahawks say Darnold isn’t expected to go on injured reserve.
Arizona, meanwhile, has QB Kyler Murray dealing with a concussion and limited at practice, while TE Trey McBride and S Budda Baker were also listed on the injury report.
Seattle is still favored by roughly 4½ points.
That makes this one of the week’s biggest pick dilemmas.
🌴 Giants @ Rams
The Rams’ nightmare continued after Week 1.
Myles Garrett is now on injured reserve after knee surgery and will miss at least four games. Sean McVay has not put a firm timetable on his return.
